Website & TXM Terms

Version 2 · September 2026

ME Standard editorial use

ME Standard provides financial-market information and editorial context. It is not a broker, personalised financial adviser or trade-signal service. Market information can change rapidly and may be delayed, revised or unavailable when an upstream source fails.

TXM educational products

TXM publishes educational and process-support toolkits. Purchasing a toolkit does not provide broker execution, personalised financial advice, guaranteed returns or a promise that a trading method will be profitable.

Checkout and entitlement

When commerce is activated, a purchase is completed through Stripe-hosted Checkout. A browser redirect or success page alone does not create product entitlement; access is granted only after the server verifies the payment event. Failed, cancelled, reversed or refunded payments may prevent or revoke access where permitted by the applicable product terms.

Product-specific commercial terms

Each paid toolkit must display its current price, currency, included materials, licence/access scope, refund position and support arrangements before checkout is enabled. If those details have not been published, checkout remains unavailable. Product-specific terms take priority over conflicting general website information.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, original site design, written material, toolkit structures, diagrams and educational content are owned by or licensed to their respective ME Standard/TXM rights holder. Purchase grants only the access or licence stated for that product and does not transfer ownership or resale rights.

Third-party services

Hosting, payments, market data, communications and other services may be provided partly by third parties. Their separate terms, availability, fees and privacy practices may apply. ME Standard does not represent that a third-party service will remain continuously available.

Risk

Trading leveraged or speculative markets can result in substantial losses. Educational material should be evaluated independently and used with appropriate risk controls. See the separate Risk Disclosure for additional information.
